CHAIRMAN INCREASES STAKE IN YELLOWCAKE PLC BY 1M SHARES

YELLOWCAKE PLC, the PLUS quoted uranium investment company, has today been informed that its Chairman, Mark Watson-Mitchell, has significantly increased his stake in the Company.

On Tuesday 17th April 2007 he acquired 1,000,000 shares @ 3p per share. This takes his holding in the Company up to 2,600,000 shares, taking his stake up from 2.77% to 4.50% of the Company's equity.

Mr Watson-Mitchell is also Chairman of Addworth Plc, the active capital investor, which yesterday announced that it had increased its stake in Yellowcake Plc up to 29.99%.
