Resignation of Director

Yellowcake Plc announces that Mr Mark Watson-Mitchell has stepped down as a director of the Company with effect from 6 July 2009. Mark was instrumental in the formation of the Company in February 2005, and has been its Executive Chairman since.

The Board of Yellowcake would like to thank Mark for his valued contribution to the Company over the years, and wish him well for the future.

At a General Meeting of Yellowcake Plc, held at the Company’s offices on 30 July 2009, the following special resolutions were passed:

  1. That the Directors be allowed to widen the Company's investment focus to seek investment opportunities generally, including the operating of businesses whether wholly or partly owned.
  2. That the authorised share capital of the Company be increased to £2,000,000.
  3. That the name of the Company be changed from Yellowcake Plc to Terra Vera Investments Plc.
